Trending @Accenture; Any expectation for hike or promotion in this June cycle?

If you are a promotion candidate , it should be discussed with you till now. For Hike, i would say it would be no hike or negligible hike at same level. Don’t be to optimistic.

Whats your location?

I feel its better to change now. I am in this company for now more than 6 years now. From 2023 till now its completely shit and unfortunately we worked the most in last 3 years like anything. Best is if you have knowledge and no other personal limitations then get out of the comfort zone and explore something new.
