Hi colleagues, has anyone received ESOPs at JL5 Consultant level? If yes, how and what is the number of stocks received?

Infy esops are joke!!! They barely will constitute 5% of your salary and that too of a stock which will grow very slowly. There will be 3 year vesting period each year you will get only 1/3 of stocks. This is not like a startup or a high growth company that your money will double every 3 years. Yes employees who got esops before year 2000 are millionaires !!!
