Any ESG opening for people with 2 years of domain experience and 4.5 years of overall experience MBA grad?

Any ESG opening for people with 2 years of domain experience and 4.5 years of overall experience MBA grad? I am struggling with my toxic seniors. They absolutely take no accountability of tasks when dependency is on them and lash out at consultants. Feeling harassed and depressed. Tried raising it to the partner through formal communication but absolute dead silence from the other end. Extremely pathetic. I don't know what to do! Please help. Thanks in advance!
