Trending @Accenture; ANY ESCALATIONS FOR NOT REPORTING TO OFFICE
Hi
I've noticed that many of us are working in a hybrid model, with some people reporting to the office just occasionally even they have to report twice a since there manager is in another location. It seems there might be room for flexibility in how we approach our in-office days, like once in a month as there are no escalation mail observed for them if any other cases please let me know?
Would anyone be open to informally discussing the idea of reducing our in-office requirements to perhaps once a month? I think this could save us some commuting time and costs while allowing us to maintain or even boost productivity,
If you come across any concerns or escalations about this, please let me know. I'd love to hear your thoughts or any experiences you'd like to share on this. Let's see if we can chat about it soon!

Flexibility is possible, but it depends on your manager's discretion. No escalations noted yet. Discuss with your team and manager to explore reducing office days.
