Trending @Accenture; Any Employee Relations Manager In accenture ?

Hi All.

Hope you all have gone through this.

There is a irritating manager who uses threatening tone all the time in meetings. Always yells at team members in front of everyone. He will always try to prove him selves as a hero or a sadist. He is truely unprofessional manager who has an experience of 8years + in accenture. (I dont know how he got much experience). So can some one say how to report or escalate his behaviour to someone ?

  1. Create evidence
  2. Raise grievance to HR

If raising grievance doesn't work, go to ethics helpline ( Hope you have done training of code and conduct, which contains all these details)

If we do this thing. Can company or manager give negative feedback which will create problem in our new joining company???
