Any company that pays salary of the current month @ the start of the month?

Sounds like a pipe dream. But do companies like this exist?

Two differences that pop up in my mind. 1 - the employer has shown faith in you that you will deliver as per the agreement. 2 - the employee feels motivated knowing that they won't be running around HR asking worried about late payment.

We get our salary at the start of the month, but I guess it is a day late from rest
