Any company not following Agile?

Hi Folks, anyone aware of any company that does not follow conventional Agile and are more open to different approaches in development methodology??

Irrespective of label, if your shipping frequency is not atleast once in 2 weeks - you won't benefit of learnings from prior building and shipping.

Ship small changes thats well instrumented, so you can measure for value and could be confidently rolled out to everyone without breaking things.

AFAIK Zerodha doesn't follow agile. Critical systems which deal with $$s should ideally have more traditional development method (pure waterfall)

Most of what they ship are on backend performance and cost efficiency side, are small changes and done fast as they have to react swiftly to any new regulation updates.
