Any company have open positions for 2 years experienced

Any company have open positions for 2 years experienced developer? Where should I apply? Or from which portals should I use for applying? I was billable and working in a project from last 2 years and immediately joined project after joining. The hike and promotion policy is asking me to resign. We keep improving ourselves, work pressure increased. But salary staying the same. Better if I get Kolkata based office or WFH.
