Trending @Accenture; Any CL12 people got hike ?

I am a CL12 individual. Hikes are out, but my manager went on vacation on the same Monday he is supposed to reveal the results. I just wanted to know what the hike percentage for CL12 guys is—just to get an idea!

If you completed one year then can get 11% hike

If not then no hike

Promotion you will get after 2 year completion

Variable you will get in May salary. Hiked salary will start from June salary
