I Don't understand why people keep their expectations up. You'll get minimal hike inspite of Last quarter's or half yearly's infosys performance in the market.

If anyone asks about a hike in townhall or quarterly meetings they are simply saying it's on our table, we are discussing it. We will make sure everyone gets a hike. No one knows when we will get
