Trending @Capgemini; Any chances of getting letter today (Sunday) for FS ?

Such a stupid company this CG is. I haven't got a single hike Last year and this year I didn't get any hike letter. I am from the FS BU Chennai location. Then why is this company expecting us to work. Why should we work?
