Trending @Accenture; Any chances of getting a salary hike in November 2024 ?

A salary hike will be there, however when it comes to promotion it's based on the Month at leave and your past performance.

I checked with my people lead ..it seems the percentage is very less..maybe for some people nothing at all.

Salty hike would be hardly 5-7 percent

They are not paying last years pending salary hike. Worst.
