Trending @Capgemini; Any chances for the March 2026 appraisal? How has CG performing this time?

Based on Capgemini SE stock it's not performing well

My project manager/supervisor in a meeting told, as the performance is not well and CG is loosing projects, hike might not be there.

Part of C&CA BU. This is the very reason they delayed the variable. People will get the variable but maybe succeeding will not get hike.
