Any chance to improve my CTC

Hi, TCS is my second company, before i was working in small firm and was spend 5 years. Now my overall all experience is 9.4 years and my role is Assistant Consultay (C3A).

My current CTC is 9.7L, last November i promoted as a Assistant Consultant.

Is there any option we can discuss to HR regarding low package. Not possible to switch because of some personal reason.
