Trending @Accenture; Any chance of hike or promotion this quarter?

I have been promoted in 2021 since then no promotion. ThoughI have client appreciation and certifications. I didn’t get any promotion but got hikes instead(everybody in the project got it). Should I hope to get promoted this quarter? Or this time also there will be no promotion or hike??
