These companies don't want to adapt new culture. It's ironic how they talk about incorporating AI and blah blah ..

Are yaar bhai yahan 5 saal naukri ka nhi pata tcs rakhegi ke nhi aapko mode ki padi hai ..

Wfo compliance is their primary weapon so no chance

It has become a toxic company. It's no longer the same company it used to be during Ratan Tara's time.

There are some RnD and direct contract projects which still allow WFH due to client enforcement.

It all depends on client now.

Too much wishful thinking is bad for you.

They brought this layoff culture what other companies used to do but will never bring positive things (WFH or Hybrid work culture)

If u alive it will be WFH and u can work at home

Better leave TCS.
