Any benefits in taking Interviews for tcs
Can any old employee confirm if there is any benefit in taking interviews, i am actively involved in recruitment process for technical round from last 1 year .
For last 1 year you are involved and yet you didn't realized that they won't pay anything.
Same happened with me took multiple prime and digital Interviews but got nothing in return. If you have good work in your project then don't fill the form they send. If you don't then just go with them it will help you strengthen your profile.
I was not bothered about money, just my profile and kra is increased , i got lot of ideas how the current markt is related to my technology and all, just good experience,

It depends on the demand and skill set , you can ask your manager that u r interested in recruitment process, i usually take experience people interview so it is almost virtual everytime

i am part of interview TR panel for last 3 years...its 80 gems per profile with cap of 1200
Would say, better keep this ti.e for your personal peace of mind. Any extra thing done for corporate is never going to be considered when they have to choose profit vs employee retention. I made that mistake of dedicating weekends, extra hours and in return got burnt out, health issues. Better spend quality time in personal life
