Any Benefit of Joining Google in April instead of May

Hi everyone, I'm joining Google at L3 level and currently my joining is in May first week but I can join in April last week also. So I just want to ask in terms of being eligible for the next comp cycle or something like that sort, is there any benefit of Joining in April instead of May?
