Any Accenture Employee here?

I just wanted to know about the wrong policy of Accenture, how many days we have to go to office in a week. What are the complications if failed to attend ? I expect honest answers as see in tcs we have 5 days wfo but some people are able to play around it and some are not reporting to office without any serious consequences.
