🚨Anxiety support

I’ve been having extreme anxiety issues in the last few weeks. Tried talking to my parents ant they’re just like “stop thinking about it”, “what are you so worried about?”, i told them i need come counselling support to help me come out of this. I spoke to some family doctors and they were like, “you’re too young you shouldn’t complain about this”.

I’m honestly can’t take it anymore, I need some references if people I can speak to online who can help me overcome this feeling

Any references or help will be highly appreciated

During Covid, I've first started experiencing these panic attacks, in day I'm fine and happy but once the clock turns 6 PM slowly the fear of panic attacks grew on me and eventually i suffered from panic attacks.

My dad used to sit with me for hours and mom as well, they helped ease my panic attacks and medicine obviously. Slowly I started becoming more spiritual (especially lord shiva) it helped me a lot, these days I'll still get them once in a while but knowing that I've survived them in the past giving me a sense of relief that I can get past them if any occurs now.

Take medicine, mediate, talk to someone and try spirituality. It'll help, takes sometime but helps eventually

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I have been having my panic attacks exactly after 7pm, and the rest of the day is just sad thinking what will happen after 7pm. Also, what about medicines? Idk how and which kind of doctor do I need to go to?

Reduce phone usage,
Eat balanced diet, Start working out/walking,
Test for vit d and b12, Try to sleep 7-8 hours,
Meditation.
Talk to people who you think are more stable and mature than you and they don't judge, Spend time with friends doing the things like a kid. Don't expect too much from anyone or even yourself, Don't compare yourself, your salary, your job title with anyone. Life is a race but single player.

You don't have to do everything on day 1. Start with few things. Diet, exercise and good sleep helps with most minor issues.

If after trying everything nothing seems to work then try therapy.

Just don't Start magic pills as your first resort.

I go through the same every now and then.

For me I turn off all the apps I am using on phone more than 30 mins a day and its not productive.

In worst days, switch to dumb phone, forward call on that one and use my main device only on desk.

Read book, get up at 6-7 morning even slept at 4.

Cook, spend time in sun, read books, drive without music.

You can talk to me if need help. Everyone have thier own demons and every demon require different spell to be tamed.

Step 1 : use phone only for important things maybe and delete all social media... Step 2: don't stay indoors Alot..do physical work ..if there is nothing just clean ur house or walk. ...best is to join gym... Step 3: sleep, if u do 1 and 2 u will automatically feel tired and sleepy... Step 4: after doing Step 1-3 , if u still feel anxious then talk to psychiatrist...but this should be ur last Step as mostly all doctors will immediately start with TABLETS...
