Anual Appraisal

Last may end I got one project and in July mid my health is not well and gone through a surgery and got released from that project at October end and i started reporting to rmg from January and i already submitted appraisal with last project and that time lead was ok with the appraisal and now suddenly you are not there long in the project and we cant close your appraisal like that and saying initialize appraisal with new project. But once appraisal submitted we don't have any access to revoke and edit new appraisal right? What happen if they don't close the appraisal? What band I will get and do it include pip. If anyone know this please reply.
