Answered No to conviction question in Mumbai bank finance role — what are my termination chances

3 years ago had a minor disposed case under local police act in Mumbai. Paid 400₴ fine, public nuisance/ shouting in public, case closed same day. Answered No to 'ever been convicted in court' in a top private bank's finance sensitive role application. Now in internship in Mumbai in a finance sensitive role. Bank website has my profile section where this question appears and I can update my answer there, previous answer not visible. BGC happens in few weeks. Lawyer says first time can be treated as honest mistake. What are my chances?
