Another thing that's been on my mind from COVID period. Will TCS really stick to its 'No firing' policy in future? What do you guys think?

I was speaking the same with one of my colleagues. The ONLY reason that TCS has never done mass layoffs is that it will bring a bad reputation to Ratan Tata and his aura as living legend would be affected. Once after his era, I don't think TCS will be the same. They would behave as any other company.
