Trending @Accenture; Another Policy which no one asked for!!!

This will be actually a disadvantage to all women out there, company will prefer less those who are newly married or planning to have a kid.

I don't think anyone wants 2 years leave but provide support like WFH, flexible schedule, child care, etc.

What's your view??

Can't have this much hope from a private company, if this happens obviously they'll reduce preference for newly married folks.

Better benefits, flexibility should be of paramount importance.
