Any salaried employee watching movie ina theatre is a fool. You are paying 28% GST on a money that is already taxed. If you have no complaints on that, why crib about 2% cess.

Here is the info on OTT. They can't collect cess on OTT subscriptions even if they want to. So they may take it from movie production companies instead.
