Annual Retention Incentive - if on my notice period and it ends just after completion of the full year

It never ends. My friend has been 3 years in TCS now but still the retention incentive is there in CTC

You'll still get that incentive because it's for the past one year that you have been in the organisation, not the upcoming one. Atleast this is what my friend told me.
