Annual Retention Bonus Query

I understand many of us got mail that retention bonus will be added in monthly salary now onwards. my query is that for this year did you get the due amount or it is gone ?

But the email says from dec onwards retention bonus will be discontinued so I guess we might not get in dec month salary I really hope I am wrong about this

Anyone knows I’m 1.5 year experienced here. i too get annual retention bonus. what i know is they pay retention bonus till 3 year after that combine it with salary. Now this means I’ll too get salary with retention bonus added or follow the old procedure.
