Annual (march) Hike after getting digital cadre?
Hi all i have a little doubt i cleared wings 1 in last may cycle, just have a doubt that the hike after getting the band is based on ctc or anything else? Like it will be on 7.49 that i currently have?
I believe whatever extra amount you get on passing digital is considered as an ‘incentive’ and not as part of your CTC and hike given is based on CTC. So very likely that hike given would based on your package before digital role.
But it is considered in whole ctc not as an extra ! In new offer letter it is included in ctc! So is the hike on ctc or anything else that was my question
Ideally hike is given always on ctc. I am skeptical on this digital amount because if you see in payslip , additional particular is given as ‘incentive pay’.
