Trending @Wipro; Annual Leaves Deduction

Recently I spent my Last working day at Wipro, and I found that there were deductions in annual leaves for unknown reasons, i spent my notice period by working at home and in last week I spent in office, I'm suspecting that leaves have been deducted coz I did work from home for almost 3 months but when I told this to my manager and i asked him even after your approval why leaves have been deducted as annual leaves won't get lapsed once you submit your resignation... But he told there is a policy from HR and they are taking actions... But when I reached out to HR and escalated on mail and even looped senior officials, India Leaves portal of Wipro are saying that it was lapsed and as per new calendar year it's been renewed..

Kindly let me know what to do in such conditions?
