How and when to take Annual Leaves? How many maximum days can we take annual leaves? Currently, I have 4 Casual Leaves and 13 Sick Leaves. Is that the same procedure to apply for Annual Leaves as like usual leaves we apply in 1C?

I haven't taken Annual Leave for the past 3 years since I joined the organisation. Can anyone pls tell me on this?
