Trending @Cognizant; Annual increment in August, after promotion.

Whoever Got promoted PA to A in April they are going to get the increment as well in August month or not.

As per policy if you get promotion before the appraisal date then you will not be eligible

  1. If you got promoted before April then you will get the August hike
  2. If you got promoted after April the you will not probably get the hike.
