Recently, I joined the cognizant as PAT with package of 4 LPA in the month of August. When I will recieved the incentive of 22,500? If anyone know about ADM AVM then can you please describe what role can I expect is it related to development or support ?

You can expect around 15k only. That will be credited in mid of march.

22.5k is called performance incentive/ bonus. So amt you will get will depend on your ratings. You will get it mid March.
