Got OS rating and promotion due this quarter. Any ballpark figure of how much % I can expect from a JL4 to JL5 being a lateral? TIA

Depends on year to year. OS rating will get you the max hike . But it depends on what is the average hike. If average hike is x% you will get x%+8%. Average hike in promotion is 17.5 because of os you might get 20 or 22%

If you get both very close only the higher one will apply.
