Is it true that no hike if no sub level movement or level movement this year?

Yes its true. If you complete 1 year in a level, sub level usually changes during Nov cycle.

Could you please specify because everyone has sub level 1 only. I have checked with almost 30 colleagues. It's same for everyone

As far as I know, people who are on the verge of getting promoted will lie on Sub level 01 However in a cycle all of them cant be promoted, so hikes will be given to some and some will be promoted.
Also if someone is promoted in June cycle and if hike is given on Dec cycle, employees sub level wont change in that case.
