Trending @Accenture; Annual health checkup vidal reimbursement process
Has the process changed in vidal ? Previously it used to ask for report details also along with receipt and invoice. But now i can see it's only asking for bills no reports.
Can someone share if the same is happening for them while creating a health checkup reimbursement claim?
Also they have completely automated their on call help, previously i was able to communicate with them( actual human) Now its just bot asking me to press numbers which is of no use!!!!

Found same for me as well, awaiting reimbursement amount. Raised a query with Vidal team for the same just to confirm.
