Annual Bonus? Exist in TCS???

As per new policy related to RTO, there is mention of Annual Bonus...Is there any annual bonus exist in TCS? anyone getting it ?.....Criteria..please suggest in comments

It’s NOT retention bonus. C4 and above don’t get quarterly variable pay. They get it annually.

Its retention bonus just to match ctc expectation. This amount will be given only when you complete a year. If you leave in middle it wont be paid
