Those below AM ( i.e. CL9-CL12), will they get any hike or promotion in June 2025 ? Even if they got less hike in November 2024 ?

All bulshit. They are just extending the cycle to save money and not giving deserving hikes in the December cycle. Then later in june they will come and say that "you got hike in December only, no hikes in this cycle." Lol 😂

Correct, they are just extending the cycle to increase their profit for the year. Lakhs of employees are working. Hundreds or housands of promotions are extended. Hikes and variable pay reduced. It is now smart and cunning player in the market.
