I got a rating of 9 in the Annual Appraisal by my RM. Now it went to Reviewer. Did anyone know how much increment i will get. Current package -4.77LPA

Last 3 years no hike even after getting good rating

I joined in August last year
I got 8.7
Can anyone please help with what I can except? With regards to hike and variable pay ?

In annual appraisal there is no increment. Only your variable pay percentage is considered.

Hike already 2 to 4 % completed for everyone on Dec 2024

Last year I got the same rating but still I have not received the variable pay which for annually paid as part of our salary package
