Annual appraisal

Hi Folks,

I got a rating of 4.1 out of 5 for annual appraisal in TCS. How much salary hike I can expect? And when it will start crediting?

You will get an 8-10% hike but it depends on the appraisal type, project and management. And it will be credited in the salary of the April month.

Same here, I got 4.1 but appraisal hasn't closed yet l, Also I got to know there is some kind of exam we need to clear for a good appraisal. I dont know if it is correct?

No, it is not required for appraisal. Only if you want to upgrade to a Digital profile, you have to give the Wings exam.
