Annual appraisal

My joining date is 06 November 2023 I have completed my anniversary appraisal process in last November 2024 but now I am initiating appraisal for annual but it showing this message “ You cannot initiate Annual appraisal as your date of anniversary is between 01-Jun-24 to 31-Jan-25. Please initiate a PE appraisal.” Am I not eligible for annual appraisal this year ? And what about project end is my salary increase in this project end appraisal ?
