Guys, with an overall IPF of 4.52, how much percentage of hike can someone expect?? Also date of joining was in Aug 2024, so any thoughts on when will the hiked salary be effective from??

I think you are talking about annual appraisal. But he is referring to first annual appraisal where you don't get any band.
