Annual appraisal

I have joined in July. This is my third year. What is the process of annual appraisal? Should we initiate it or it’s automatic?

I have cleared digital in my 2nd year so didn’t receive the hike for 2nd year annual appraisal.

Will I get it in this 3rd year??
