Annual Appraisal

I have joined tcs on 27th March,2024. Am I elegible for annual Appraisal in March 2025 or do I need to wait till March 2026?

Whoever joined on or before 31 March will get hike

No appraisal for 1 year. TCS stopped anniversary hike in 2022 now for lateral joinee. You will get appraisal directly in 2026. If you are fresher then need to check with HR only

I am not a fresher and allocated on project since day 1. That is the problem , my hr is of no use. she doesn't reply at all.

Btw 2025 is not "happy new year" for me it seems 😃

1st year its Anniversary Year Appraisal Exactly 1 year from DoJ. From 2nd Year its appraisal for every financial year end
