Annual Anniversary Bonus

Hello everyone,

I'm a fresher at TCS and currently working from home due to medical reasons. As a result, I couldn't achieve my QVA this quarter. I would like to know if this will affect my one-year anniversary bonus.

When did you join? Some of the 2023 joiners who have completed their one year anniversary have already received the retention bonus
