Anniversary Rating

Hi I joined TCS as experience person having C1 grade in Ultimatix Project. I completing 1 year in next month So I got 4.26 IPF Rating for anniversary appraisal.

So what band did I expect in March 2025?

How much hike expect in March 2025?

Also in March 2025 appraisal cycle did I want to again fill goals and attributes ya now I filled of anniversary appraisal is this ok?

In March you have to fill goal sheet for this whole year. Your current IPF Rating is of no use as you won't get any anniversary hike. It can give an idea that you have good reputation in the project.
