Anniversary letter released for me...

Hi Guys

I completed 1year in tcs and I got my anniversary letter also realeased..just wanted to know when the compensation letter will be released...any idea or this anniversary letter is compensation letter...kindly navigate me...

TCS has stopped anniversary hikes for laterals. You will get hike during normal appraisal cycle.. What is your YOE? And which grade you are in?

Similar thing happened with me. I kept on waiting for hike. Got nothing on anniversary. They will provide the same compensation letter which they provided an year ago.
