Anniversary hike or Not?

My friend joined in Oct 2023 as Digital (7.17CTC) Can we expect anniversary appraisal in Oct/Nov?

Some people are saying TCS stopped anniversary hikes, is it true? or its stopped for only laterals not freshers?

If you joined as a fresher you will get anniversary hike. But if you joined as EP or lateral entry then you will not get anniversary hike.

What is the final rating? It depends on that.
If final rating is 4 then then hike will be 4-6% And with 5 as a final rating it will be 6-8%. It also depends on unit Performance for that quarter.
