Anniversary Appraisal stopped
I have not taken WFO seriously and I haven't visited office in September and October. HR called me and said they put my anniversary appraisal on hold due to WFO non-complaint.
When this kirthivasan came here eat everything inside .
Anniversary hike is a formality,no hikes are given

Hello there, I'm a new joiner here in TCS bps gurgaon. I'm struggling to choose a good project to work on as i was told that there are good and bad projects. Please let me know if you have any idea which project I should go for?
During covid also no one get any increment or minimum increment
HR ko bolne ka tha appraisal hota hi itna hai ki pata hi na chale ki kuch badha hai ya nahi.

They don't give any anniversary appraisal for EP employees..even my anniversary got completed today but no hike
