I recently completed one year as fresher in TCS. And got IPF rating 4.19 still I did not receive any update regarding the how much appirasal will I get and is is my salary incremented and how to see this?

You should have received an update by now. Check with HR or your manager. Your rating is decent, but don't expect a massive hike. Keep pushing for better performance.

You will receive your revised compensation before 20 Sept, for this rating expect 7% or 8% hike
