Anniversary appraisal

I am joined tcs as experience person. I closed Fy Aniversary appraisal. & Now I am a key member of my project as my senior resigned . TL is fully dependent on me , can I expect 15% of hike ?

15% is what people get for promotion.

Even if you get the highest band in appraisal, you will only get 7 or 8% only.

Being a key member doesnt get you any such hike.

So whatever hike percentage we get 5% or 8% , how's the calculation be happened here, is it based on CTC+5% or any other distribution?

% of current ctc. But distribution of it will be different. Very less in basic salary. More towards monthly/quarterly performance pay.

There will be no hike but you will get the joining bonus post that has been mentioned in your offer letter.

My CTC is very low as a experience candidate . One digital candidate joined my team with better salary than me & i give training to him now.

Minim 3% Maximum 7 or 8%
Not more than that

If you joined tcs with a high package (high here means compared to the project members) then most likely you can expect B or C band.

Which means 3 to 5% is the hike.
